1. What this app is
Ithaca ("the App") is a complimentary tool offered to clients who book travel through the independent travel advisor or agency who invited you to use it ("the Advisor"). It helps you view your itinerary, communicate with the Advisor, track a trip checklist, and share photos and feedback about your trip. The App itself does not sell travel, book reservations, or act as a travel supplier or seller of travel — all bookings are made by the Advisor with third-party airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers, and the Advisor (not the App) is responsible for any travel-seller licensing or registration their business is required to carry.
Ithaca is operated by Ithaca Travel Co.. References to "we," "us," or "the App" mean that operator.
2. Your account
Your account is created for you when you book a trip. Keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account. You can update your profile and change your password anytime in Settings.
3. Travel bookings
Itinerary details shown in the App are provided by the Advisor and are subject to the terms, availability, and cancellation policies of the underlying airline, hotel, or tour operator. The Advisor and the App make no guarantee regarding the availability, pricing, or quality of third-party travel services. Review each supplier's own terms before booking or traveling.
4. Content you share (photos & reviews)
Anything you upload or submit through the App — photos, messages, checklist items, and reviews — remains yours. Whether the Advisor may reuse your photos or reviews publicly (for example, in marketing) is controlled entirely by the marketing consent toggle in your Settings, described further in our Privacy Policy. You can change that setting at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the App to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or to access another traveler's trip without authorization.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," as a complimentary convenience tool, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the App nor the Advisor is liable for losses arising from third-party travel suppliers, technical interruptions, or reliance on information displayed in the App — always confirm critical details (flight times, document requirements) directly with the relevant supplier or the Advisor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow this kind of limitation, in which case it applies only to the extent permitted there.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, wherever you're accessing the App from.
8. Changes & contact
